It is a great honor to introduce myself as the new CEO of S-OIL TotalEnergies Lubricants (STLC). I am truly delighted to join this
remarkable company and continue the legacy built on strong partnership, trust, and innovation.

Founded in 2008 as a joint venture between S-OIL and TotalEnergies, STLC was established with a clear mission—to contribute to the
advancement of Korea’s lubricants industry by developing the largest range of premium lubricant approved by the main international
Equipment Manufacturers. Today, that mission remains at the heart of who we are.

S-OIL, one of Korea’s leading refiners and the world’s second-largest base oil producer, and TotalEnergies, a global multi-energy
company and the world’s top four lubricant supplier, have brought together their strengths in technology, expertise, and vision. This
